Responsible for developing and implementing state policies in the fields of education, science, culture, and sports. Led the development of sectoral strategies, coordinated the activities of institutions under the ministry, and ensured the effective implementation of educational and cultural programs.

Within this role, I initiated and supervised educational reforms, supported the development of research programs, promoted the preservation and popularization of cultural heritage, and contributed to the advancement of sports and international cooperation. Managed national initiatives and collaborated with international organizations and partner institutions to implement new projects and policies in the fields of education and culture.
