As the Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Republic of Armenia, I have led and coordinated the development and implementation of state policies aimed at modernizing the education system, advancing scientific capacity, preserving cultural heritage, and promoting sports development.

During my tenure, I have:



Initiated and implemented comprehensive educational reforms aligned with international standards and contemporary learning outcomes.


Strengthened research initiatives and expanded international cooperation within the higher education sector.


Launched programs to preserve and promote cultural heritage, supporting museums, theaters, and creative institutions.


Promoted youth and mass sports development, encouraging healthy lifestyles and enhancing Armenia’s participation in international competitions.


Improved institutional transparency and accountability through the introduction of digital governance tools.
